this ship is the class 2 fighter-defense ship. to it¸s normal gun it has 5 laser turretts which can target fighter over long distances. this ship is ment as a replacement for the spectre.

manpower: 14
researchtime: 1 d
buildingtime: 12 h

needed research:
improved field theories
battle details:fights
(battle engine syntax: f)
modifies AP/LP by 0/-1 of 5 ships of any ship-type in the enemy fleet in class 1
battlemessage: "frigate shots at ... ships"
(battle engine syntax: mod,enemy,5,1,all,+,0,-1,frigate shots at)

Plus we already had a frigate and the admins got rid of it.
