LoL well, Metody is my real name... but the evil part has some history

You see, I work as an accountant. So, a friend of mine once said "Do you know what an accountant is? An evil dog tied to a plum tree - it doesn't eat from it, but it doesn't let the others eat from it as well". (The BG word for *ferocious* or however a guard dog is usually described is indeed the same as *evil*. Instead of "Beware of dog" we put - in literal translation - "Warning! evil dog!" signs). So, they started calling me "The Evil Accountant".

Mind you, it's actually even longer to say it in bulgarian. So, pretty soon I became simply "The Evil". (I was a bit *evil* already, but now it was official).

Add a "first" and... there you have it - Metody I The Evil

LoL if it was "The Evil Tax Inspector" I'd deffinately go for it... I think I used the nick in Civilization III first But I use "Evil Accountant" for an email though

Greetings Spacetrace-lings! How are you all? I must say, it's nice to see so many familiar faces still here: Methi, Metody, Star Commander, DB. I haven't posted here for almost a year, and haven't played for a bit longer than that, but I have been reading the forum for the last couple of days. I think that I might re-join after Christmas when I return to Uni and have wireless broadband from my house for my laptop. I might open a topic so you can all post how ST has changed in a year.

My username is simply my two initials followed by my surname (ie. M.D. Ellis). I couldn't think of anything much at the time I usually pronounce it 'm-dellis' because that's as close as it's gonna get towards rolling off the tounge. I might change it to something more appropriate for my course, such as 'The Plaque-Attacker'. Perhaps I'll use something out of Warhammer 40K, which is a favorite of mine in terms of inspiration.

I can't remember!! lol That's how long it's been.

Life is busy. I did pretty mediocre in my mid-sessional exams dispite working round the clock. I talked to a lecturer and she made me go see the Dean. They reckoned I might be working too hard and it might be being counter productive. So apart from trying to work more effectively rather than harder, I need to cut down my working hours. Hence, soon to be re-joining ST.

I spied on APEmpire for a short while, my username wasn't either King X or Lucy though.

I started in thetradefed if you remember that basket of scum, got pissed off with being the only honest, half decent player and went freelance. Mixed success, just over half a dozen evos. Tried a couple of alliances, never got the hang of fighting as a team, but I did aid some alliances. Even got the privilage of fighting with TO on two occasions, very hush hush though. I had no desire to become a big fat target! My usernames tended to be Mechwarrior based.

I've forgotten most of what I know, is there still a Space Academy?

Your see, My name has a history about it.

Minority - The way I am, compared to others, and probaly how I decide what I do.

Majority - JacksterMajor - The name I was going to have for Runescape, on my 3rd account

JacksterMajor - was already taken, I think, so I saw this that it would be bad luck prehaps if I choosed that name, added with 364 at the end or something,

JacksterMinor - Didn't sound very good

JackMinor - Was already taken

JakMinor - Sounded better

Then I switched them around - MinorJak

MinorJak -sounded as if I was week, so I had to change the minor into somthing, that meant small, but not in size, but how others think I would be, but I was actually different.

SmallJak - Didn't look good, or sound good

MiniJak - I ain't that small, lol!

MinorJak - I've already thought of that.

MicroJak - Perfect!

And that's the story of how I got my name!

It is also a strong coincidence, that my name is the same as a Dutch radio station, I think, with a website, and a coloured logo, is a kinda Blue colour! With silver writing! I love Silver! and Yellow and Blue make Green! where Yellow and Red make Orange! Orange and Green are my two favourite colours!
