Defiance is closed, just as closed for recruiting. 
All take a look at the Ban Message I send to Tough Guy:

Big mistake bro. Take a look at this summary:
- You insult me
- 24 h later your RC is down
- 72 h later I infiltrate into Defiance
- 108 h later I become leader+ FC and kick you out, close Defiance and give it back to Likrnboy.
Sorry tough guy, not that I hate you but ethically you should start your own alliance.
