for each fleet you want to move you need a mothership, which generates the accelaration.
if you have the mothership just move it together with the attackships into a fleetslot (fleet1, fleet 2, ....) and afterwards you can type in the target coordinates of this fleet....
... and off it goes...

The mothership generates the necessary WARP speed which will enable the fleet to cross space very fast.
