It is a dummy target, can save your shipyard or transwarp if the attacker has only just enough firepower for one building.

Can some one explain to me how does this building work.....
cause i dont see how increasing the morale of the fleet improves anything or maybe i didnt realized it ...... so please enlighten me ... thanks

thank you ........
i thought things got contructed faster or ships got LP or AP because of the morale increase they constructed or fighted better 
but having the holo relay destroyed means 0 point for the enemy right (if is a dummy buildin i mean?)
