Can someone out there tell me if an cloaked fleet can leave cloaking status and attack?
for example:
fleet one leaves hyper-space in cloak mode then drops cloak and attacks fleet one of the enemy> |

They can, but if they are already at the co ords of the enemy, they have to wait for the 24 hour battle pause to elapse.
