My cyclobs get activ and try to destroy 100 enemy class 1 ships.. what happend now?!

The emp jams a ship in the class it battles it will not, however jam the ship taking a turn at it before it gets its turn. The jamming lasts only for the sub-battle the jamming occur in so, the evap will not be jammed when that c3 vs c3 or etc battle occurs and the cyclops tiggers it.
I dont think that "retal" the evap does can be jammed if that is what you were trying to find out. Jamming a ship merely causes its turn to get skipped and that evap retal is more an "induced turn" than a normal one.
BTW-that retal will also "ignore" any c1 and c2 "blockage" and prior sub-battles and hit the class that modified it. ex. 10 evaps, 1 cruiser vs, 1 figher and 10 dreads -> and, farewell to those 10 dreads when the 1st one takes a turn at that cruiser and does it's shockwave into the c1. _________________ "Destruction leads to a very rough road

Battles happen in classes, when the battle between class one happens it is done over and affects of that battle are done. When class 3 come to fight and your cyclops fires at those class 1 then the evaps special effects still come into play.. (Well when i played) so indeed when your evaps are fired at by the cyclops they also retatliate with there special efffects.
It would be much nicer if you could show me your BR though as I myself am just catching up on knowlege of the game.

The evap? Also the only ship that will literally make YOUR DA into an offensive weapon used to kill YOUR base c4 (except the SY and RC) and do it reaching around all your c1, c2, and c3. You just merely need the evaps to survive thier initial sub-battle.
Under this situation you will regret the presence of that DA and may want to have an ally take it out if it does not from this 1st _________________

thanks... but i can not help me that sounds unfair...
no class spreading teamwork in my fleet?! ... damn that sounds not good... so the evaporater is the ultimativ weapon against any class 3 ship...

DA->Defense Array (comes with your base as a "one timer", cant be replaced).
And the evap will only kill c3 if a c3 modifies it (ex. cyclops or dreadnaught) or it gets modified while in a direct c1 vs. c3 battle (from the above c3, shockwave cruiser, or self triggering with sporators or intruders).
Best to kill the evaps directly and outnumbering with c1 or c2. _________________

Isn't also that if an evap would be jammed it would still fire when triggered because of the trigger function? _________________

The jamming would only stop the evaps +1 hit for it's "fight" command. So yes the evap would could get the trigger (rarely happens in c1 vs c1 except as a self trigger or from interceptors or nano-bombers triggering it) afterwards.
From a battle last year:
Base fleet (mine):
1 c1 nano
1 c2 nano
2 cyclops
1 cruiser
1 DA
1 TWN
1 RC
1 SY
set up for the following eray incoming (seen on dsp):
250 1 1 1 --->
losses-->
me:
1 c1 nano
1 c2 nano
2 cyclops
1 cruiser
1 DA
1 TWN
incoming:
250 evaps (!!!!!)
1 destroyer
1 cruiser
So I lost my c3, DA, TWN when the cyclopses triggered the evaps on my c3 then the DA killed/triggered the remaining evaps (1st 200 lost to the cyclopses) on itself and the TWN
I was upset for a long as it took me to realize the point tradeoff (3000 points in evaps vs the 240 for my cyclopses and 100 for my twn, a huge point gain for me, note the really bad luck in the fact my DA and TWN were 1st of the evap c4 retals) _________________

if you want your evaps to survive class one put in some retreat fighters. it will keep someone from taking them out when they try to clear them for the swank attack. _________________ SBR A former -TO- empire member. |
