as you may have recognized : we worked on the colony-gameplay. And it seems to be quite fun. It is easy for beginners and favours big alliances.
It will be a part of future ST and will increase the player numbers.

Still the classic way of playing st will stay - it is complex and thrilling (but hard for beginners)

we want to style the register screen with some fun recruitment advertisement for each play focus.

my english isn't the best it would be nice if you could help us to write some nice recruitment text for it.

i think the descriptions shouldnt position the two playstyles on opposite sides ethically. the pirate playstyle is not evil nor is imperial playstyle good. They're just different in gameplay and the description should reflect that.

Sooo, I changed my texts a little to make clear that both ways are ethically doubtful without suggesting any preferences, although rampaging anarchist pirates are definitely cooler than marching fascist imperials. I think the gameplay reflects a little in this, as much as it can in a mere flavour text.
But I'd also like to read other proposals!

But be careful, stranger. It won't be easy to stand your ground on our journey. You'll have to be a tactician, clever and cunning, always a step ahead. You'll have to be willing to learn before you can win. And probably you'll lose some fleets on your way.

But I can smell the guts and the backbone it takes on you. Join our raids, outlaw! Join the PIRATES!
