I found out, that battle order isnt a totally random order... It has something to do with the Ships used.
I fought against 8 fleets two times (a big farm, wiped out...) and both times I fought first against the fleet with most ships. It was the base. Maybe some other opinnions to this phenomenon?

It is supposed to be random, perhaps you are experiencing co-incidences?
I have found the battle order usually goes exactly the way you do not want it to go. I think affected by one of Murphy's Laws.

Well you shoud really fight according to Murphy:
1. If something can screw up, it will
2. If something can't screw up, it will too
And speaking of that - I've read that old battlereport of Lord Phil where he had a huuge ammount of eagles & and also 47-49 destroyers, and the enemy lost just 47 of his destroyers  |
