go onto the hq screen
type in a unused alliance tag
leave password blank
and then click change tags
there u will go to another screen where u will need to input password, attack codes ect
and then just create
allthough i wouldn't create a alliance if ur new
perhaps u should contact span.ker and ask him which alliance his in if his in none i could allways return and recreate hells angels
