I just wonder which is the best way to play a good organized alliance.
cause it seems like a lot of the really good players play in 2-member alliances. which is strange, cause we decided, that an alliance should have at least 3 to count as a real alliance.
i think an alliace should have at least 5 members to have real fun |

2 men alliances can make up for each others mistakes, tend to be close knit.
a 3 man alliance can do the same thing as a 2 man
a 4 man alliance is the minimum amount of people needed for an alliance to fight a war
5 - 8 normally some mistakes, although, tned to be the most powerful alliances.
9+ unweildly, tend to have a 3 - 1 newbie/vet. takes alot of strategy to be effective.
personally, i prefer smaller, more effiecent 'splinter' alliances. I learn new setups and tricks, and, 2/3 man alliances have a better 'double team' effect, and cant be accused of Ratpacking or gangbanging. |

Admin you got contradicted I think.
A good number of members is X members where the alliance is real organized, thats the point.
But, with the CTF game, as more members it might be better.
The number will always depend of the number of members in other alliances which depends on the number of players on the game _________________ KoT Stop spamming...i dont care about Runescape or your opinions...limit your comments to something usefull.

The larger the alliance I think is best. 15 members makes for a nice TWN network, players are "Grouped" into sub units where proximity to each other is the key factor. Sub units vary in size from 2 man to 5 man groups. The main goal is announced and each sub unit has a leader as well.
Yep...give me a big alliance.
Downfalls to a large alliance is, possibility of infighting, some unreliable members, more susecptable to spies or traitors.
Large alliances are very hard to juggle diplomatically. There is always somebody who screws up and hits someone they shouldn't.
The disadvantages to the large alliance make it fun as well.
Yes...I like large alliances.
Small alliances are great for precision strikes and surgical missions. Diplomacy also is an important factor because you do not want to p.iss of a large alliance if the large alliance has any talent in it at all.
Regardless, any kind of alliance is better than single players. Single players are vulernable to gang attacks and could get surpressed even by a medium size newb multi fleet. |

larger alliances are harder to manage cos wen u read 5 messages per person in a 20 member alliance u just kind of just click show unread messages plus theres argueing in what stratergy is what and wen someone asks for help the members just kind of think meh someone else will do it its a big alliance yeh?
i think smaller alliances are much easier to manage and the members get to know each other better like that so they become friends and work together better
but hey it just depends on the situation i mean i would much rather be in a bigger alliance with gorth, kame, jam, deathkiller, dutchbatter, case, base, turiana ect (do any of these people still play?:S) than a smaller alliance lead by mighty
and yeah i guess bigger alliances can i have the advantage of outnumbering and the coords are harder to find because theres more of them so its easier to switch FCs and secure a flag

I guess 4-8 should do alright.... You've got the advantage of a good TWN, plus, there's a lot of overview. _________________

I think an alliance should have at least....say... 4 members. This makes a good team spirit, and gives you the ability to protect each other, yet also hold a scoreplanet.
But a huge 20 member alliance is cool to. But if everything is split up into smaller sections, this somewhat deminishes (did I spell that right?) team spirit. Yet it is more organized.
A large alliance needs a good leader who can lead a large group. In Sonic-Reign, we have no problem with organization. But if we had 15 members for example, it would be a lot harder.
2 member alliances... not for me. Ive been in one. And its kindof boring. Very boring. No score planets, no wars, just some hits on people. If I could be in a two man alliance, AND a larger alliance, then it wouldnt be too bad. _________________
