battle pause between fleets and base that never fought?

confrontations:
fleet 1 is besieging the planet from Pokey of Dry Dry Desert - next confrontation in 8 h 42 m
fleet 2 is besieging the planet from Pokey of Dry Dry Desert - next confrontation in 8 h 42 m

This can't be me going in on defence because I remember I didn't and because when I logged on my attack code was on, plus I calculated that this must be the abttle pause as he atacked me at 10.07 05:12:47 and it is now 20:34. So, he attacked my base, I build fleets. He mooves his fleets out and I attack his base. My fleets haven't foughten his base ever yet( just started over and haven't attacked anybody yet) so why is there a battle pause between my fleets and his base?
( this mest up my evening so I sure hope I'm not wrong here )

You added the ships to your base. But you must see the base as a fleet. It has a battle pause, and if you add ships, the fleet still has a battle pause.

If you transfer ships from one fleet to a fleet besieging a planet, the battle pause still stays.

actually, the information about transferring the battlepause from one fleet to another is not found in the manual yet.
