Why Did my reserch restart?????

ok i had my reserch destroyed with my reserch still in progress i did a 6 day reserch and lost it had to restart i only had 2 days left..... was this supposed to happen?"

I think Blaze has a point, with the new style of research, it is now possible to lose 8 days of research with an attack just an hour or so before completion,a rather terrible fate for a 500 point loss, I dont think this was what the admins had in mind when they made the changes to the research.

@Admin.I think the research should be paused rather than destroyed, until the centre is rebuilt, would this be hard to program??

if i imagine a research center, with all its instruments for measurement and scientists that are working in labs and all those students and assistence workers helping; working on a very coplicated technology, inventing a gravobionic enforcer... and ... 300 incomming kamikaze pilots blast all that to nothing...all results atomized...nothing left...

if i imagine all that, i would say the research should be done another time

(from the game view i would say: i makes the building "research-center" more valuable, not only the points, the building gets a vlaue from a strategic point of view, and i think that is good; else it would be just a target for kamikaze , score 500)

with this strategical option, a research/production spy probe could make sense.

And I would say, the Brave scientist, under terrible fire, grabbed all there notes and stuff, and left the building, Just so they could start up again, when the building was rebuilt!!!!!!!!

The secret of Gravobionics does not need to be written down, it is grown from a small spore which forms a delicate but strong spongy object that can be inserted into a bodily cavity in an emergency.

mmh, that fungus stuff i do not know for sure, but let's take a look at some human scientists.

scientist number 1

very sporty, he will leave the research center before it will explode for sure!! everybody can see that.

scientist number 2

he wants to save his bounty-hunter module. with this giant thingy he will never leave the center!! everybody can see that.

let me say: leave the building that are under attack immeadeatly to safe your life. don't take any invetions with you :wink:

@dougster: you should know that scientist are very clever except in everything what concerns real live . so most inventions are lost.

here is a real story ( also see this ) :

prof. merlin (now regarded again): gee, what an interesting invention i researched it for 5 days now and just 3 days to go. this new doomstar technologie will help our poor miners to work more effective . and at last i found an invention that this incredible brutal ruler wizard can not use for any war purposes...

sorry, king, this time you are wrong.
the server crash you mentioned was about the beginning of octobre. and it didnt happen before at all.

we are sorry that the server is down sometimes but usually it is only for a few minutes - all together we are quite happy with our provider (www.canlls.de)
