I sent my fleet to a base on defence mode, yet it did not attack as, I presume, the enemy had his fleet 1 on defence mode too, so I switched my fleet onto attack mode just now and nothing happened! Why was this?
I am infuriated! It takes me so long to plan for a battle and the second I launch my fleets, something like this happens! Why?
I have this message at the bottom of my screen:
confrontations:
fleet 2 is besieging the planet from Toral of Ictiorati - next confrontation in 20 h
fleet 2 is facing Toral of Ictiorati fleet 1 - next confrontation in 20 h
BUT I NEVER BATTLED HIM! SO WHY DO I HAVE THIS BATTLE PAUSE??
He is on the dsp data perfectly.. this is just, so annoying! arrgh!!! _________________

once you have contact you can't turn and attack before 24 hour pause. doesn't matter if you had a battle or not. this is put in place so you don't change your code and surprise others while your sitting in there base. if this was not in place you could go in defense to ensure you are attacking the fleets first before you changed it to attack to attack the planet which takes away the element of random battle. _________________

Mightys right Jack I haven accidently sent my fleets to an enemy planet before and forgot to change the attack code. It is very annoying. _________________ "Although the constant shadow of certain death looms over everyday, the pleasures and joys of life can be so fine and deeply affecting that the heart is nearly stilled by astonishment" - Dean R Koontz |
