This ship is too powerful for class 1. It should cost more. Maybe 6 mp.

what do you think with this cloaking device?

a ship that has a cloaking device that cloakes the whole fleet (which is the only programmable thing) must cost some 600 manpower or so
regardless in which class it is

Can the Game Engine be modified so that a smaller cloaking device can be invented. Then cloaking can be use for one ship.
From what I understand the Ghost ship is origally cloak. It uncloaks, attacks and cloaks again. It may get kill just after uncloak.

i think im with limsky on this one. it would be neat to have a single ship cloak instead of the full fleet. but i know that would take a serious code change to get that (from the way it sounds)

but the smallest ship i could think of having a cloak would have to be in class 2...
fighter: gun pilot and engine
destroyer: guns pilot engine and room for gun workers

hence from a class size the class one shouldn't have a cloak... bulky machines.

that would be cool to have a ship that could cloak just itself but i think that it should have to be in class 2 of 3

A cloak has no use in battle as far as I know. It just makes your fleet irrecognisable on a DSP. So no, you can't cloak single ships.

i think it also allows u to go directly to a planet without giving incomings but not sure
