What does the comander of war do? I went to the forum that was titled CoW and MoC but it did not answer my question.

CoW commands the alliance fleet board showing all allied fleets.Also controls the mobile transwarp gate.
MoC Receives all messages to the alliance.

| is there alwayz a CoW and MoC in an alliance? if so how do you know who is which? |

the leader can decide who is which.
by default he/she is both. |

| i have a thot on this. the MoC may force some players to message through email and stff for privacy instead of useing this messaging system. isn't that bad? =) |
