Thee should be a way to gain all technology... And I know how it should be! When an alliance is created, the leader can choose tech sharing on or off (and can probably change it when he wants). What it does is, when a player of a differant race joins, all members can research his technology (but only if hes already researched it)

That would ruin the race difference and worst of all it support multi activity.

It will RUIN the difference of the races AND it makes people WANT to research anything thus people create a new account more easily. Maybe you are one of them. And one more thing: DO NOT insult me.

like in most cases i totally agree with jam.

and i want to add:

research is a part of the game. in the first rounds the tech could be traded. then was no need to research any more after a while cause your alliance automatically gave you what you needed. so the research aspect became obsolet quite early...

@ kamikaze6:
last round i played i used just basic ships (fighter, destroyer, cruiser, mothership) during 70% of playing time.
in addition IMHO the eray are the race i would have liked to play most, cause they have the most intersting combination.
and i dont think one race is better than others, maybe you just lack of ideas to use the facilities of your race (kamikaze6 => human ???)...

what does he mean by '@kamekaze:' ????
does he mean that i said that
i only been playing for one round
just because my name is kamekaze doesnt mean im of the human race it is a cool name
i know dragonspawn in the real world he not drunk(too young)
him just mad because he plays in his lunch break so he both angry about the work he did and dreading going back. he meant nothing by the insult.

you people have it all rong!!! for it to work is you need this... when you have researched somthing you have the opshion to give the rest of the aliance a box of idears for the research in question wich alows the rest of the aliance to research that research, but it takes 4-10x as long to recearch it. when you send the aliance this box it gets taken onbored your chosen fleat and you have to take it to the aliance leader, wile your fleats there other members of the aliance have to send a fleat out to colect a box.
the amount of research boxes one fleat can carry is restricted by how many class 4 ships thay have
